While being at a forefront for business development & operations, he has managed end to end business cycle including technical, commercial, legal aspects & stakeholder engagement across EPC and BOT Projects, in Singapore, India, Southeast Asia, Europe and Africa. He has also worked in South East Asia for developing BOT Projects.

Currently also associated with a Singapore based Boutique Financial Advisory Platform that provides services to mid to large size corporates in SEA & India to help them raise capital under various categories. A Mechanical Engineering professional with over 30 years of experience in the field of Liquid, Air & Gas Filtration dealing with technical aspects and solutions, sales and servicing, components and systems trade. Has successfully set up and run a specialized filtration components trading house with a focus on providing technically acceptable and need-based solutions for Water, Air, Gas, Pharma, Life Sciences, Chemicals, and allied industries.

 

Madhur Mehrotra: Associate – Chemicals & Networking
Chemical Engineer + Management  (International Business) with 36 years of experience which includes 33 years exposure in Water & Wastewater Industry. Specialized in Water Treatment Chemicals. (Complete Operations including product development, formulation, manufacturing & QC.)

Worked at Senior Management level positions with MNCs / Indian Companies / Start-ups in roles covering P&L Management, Business Development, Marketing and Execution of W&WWT Projects (EPC, DBO, BOT, BOO, BOOT) and Consultancy Services. 

 

Dealt with various industry segments including large, medium, Govt., PSUs, Private in industrial / municipal sectors.

 

Jayant Joshi: Associate – Refinery / Petroleum / Oil & Gas
A Chemical Engineer from IIT Roorkee with 37 years of rich experience in the Hydrocarbon Industry. He was holding the post of Group General Manager at EIL in the field of Environment, Water, Sustainability, and Safety. He is a QCI accredited coordinator and Functional area expert for carrying out EIA and now an Auditor with QCI.
 

He has successfully pioneered the “Zero Liquid Discharge” system in the HC industries, which includes Desalination of water to Produce DM quality water through membranes, resin, and thermal routes from effluent. He was the leader of the team who developed technologies for the spent caustic oxidation Process, VOC control & treatment, confined oily sludge bioreactor to treat oily sludge & implemented them in industries. He has two patents in his name.

His main focus areas are Green Hydrogen, Net zero emissions, and water minimization in HC industry/refineries.

 

Alok Kapoor: Associate – Process, Design & Projects
A Chemical Engineer with over 50 years of experience in Process, Design, Projects, Manufacturing & Operations. His experience encompasses the Water & Wastewater, Alcohol and Beer, Dairy and Dairy Foods, Pesticides, Basic Chemicals, and Chemical Plant Manufacturing industries. He has led projects both in India and overseas. Is an able planner and implementer with a strong technical focus. His Project Management experience includes both as the owner and contractor.
